  1. The management has right to decide on what condition a pupils is admitted or retained in the school.
  2. Registration for admission is done normally in April as per the date schedule published.
  3. The minimum age prescribed for admission in Nursery is 3 to 4 years . A corresponding scale of minimum and maximum age holds true for the other classes.
  4. No student will be admitted unless he/she has not attended a school previously, admitted he/she must produce an official Birth Certificate, in addition, the parents of all applicants must sign an age declaration guaranteeing that at no time and under no circumstances will any request be made for change in the date of birth.
  5. The Date of Birth once entered in the admission register of the school will not be changed, as it is against the law.
  6. At the time of admission a student has to submit the following documents:
  7. Transfer Certificate (Original Copy) from the previous school duly signed by the Principal concerned.
  8. Progress report of the previous class passed.
  9. Conduct certificate
  10. Birth Certificate from the Register of Births and Deaths of Municipality or Panchayat.
  11. Withdrawal: Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the school will have to submit an application for the transfer Certificate in the prescribed from given in the school diary. The transfer certificate will be issued 48 hours after the receipt of the application .No student will be issued a transfer certificate until all the school fees and other dues are cleared.

  1. School fee must be paid in two installments before the due date
  2. Fee must be paid for the period during which the student’s name is on the roll. If the fee is in arrears continuously, the name of the student will be removed from the rolls.
  3. All fees and other dues must be cleared before the terminal examinations. Defaulters will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
  4. No reduction of the fee will be made for broken periods of attendance.
  5. Fee receipt / bank vouchers must be retained and produced as a proof of payment if needed.
  6. The fee once paid is not refundable.

  1. Leave is not granted except on prior written application from the parents/guardian and that too only for serious reasons. It must be sanctioned by the principal.
  2. REOPENING DAY:

    All the students should compulsorily classes on the re-opening day after vacation. Those absent without prior sanctioned leave will be fined at the rate of Rs 10/- per day. Those absent due to sickness must inform the Principal before they are admitted to classes, failing which they must pay the above penalty. Absence without prior sanctioned leave for more than five days immediately after a vacation renders the students liable for dismissal.

    Summer Uniform for the Girls:

    Maroon Terricot Skirt, White half sleeved shirt, Black shoes, white socks, belt and tie And House Wise Track on subsequent days

    Winter Uniform for the Boys:

    Maroon Terri cot Pants, White full sleeved shirt, Red jersey ,Maroon Coat Black shoes ,white socks, belt and tie And House Wise Track with Capper on subsequent days

    Winter Uniform for the GIRls:

    Maroon Terri cot Skirt, White full sleeved shirt, Red jersey, Maroon Coat Black shoes ,white socks, belt and tie And House Wise Track with Capper on subsequent days.

  1. Regular class test will be held in addition to the Internal Assessment.
  2. Promotion will depend on evaluation of the Internal Assessment and Terminal examination.
  3. Pupils absent from an examination for any reason or not reexamined and those absent from an examination without grave reasons will be considered as having failed. In the case of illness a Doctor’s certificate should be produced.
  4. Results declared at the end of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered nor will the answer paper be shown.
  5. No pupil will be admitted to any of the examinations unless he/she has paid all school dues and has the required attendance.
